CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Brian Baise, the Head coach of the Harvard men's volleyball team, announced the addition of three members of the class of 2015 to his squad today. Two newcomers travel to Harvard from California while the other hails from Wisconsin.
The team finished the 2011 campaign with a 9-13 record going 1-7 in conference play. The team's top-hitter , Matt Jones returns for his senior season after once again leading the team in kills (332) and kills per set (3.95). Jones also led the squad in service aces with 30. Jones will benefit from having the squad's top setter back in the fold as Rob Lothman enters his junior campaign with the Crimson. Lothman finished 2011 as the team leader in assists with 616 while averaging 8.16 assists per set.
