CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Brian Baise, the Harvard men’s volleyball head coach, was recently named an assistant coach for the USA men’s volleyball national team which will compete in the Pan-American Cup. The event will take place May 22-30, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Rick McLaughlin, the current head coach of the UC Santa Barbara men’s team, will serve as the head coach of the team and John Hawks, the assistant coach at Long Beach State, will be the other assistant coach along with Baise.

“I am really looking forward to working with Rick and John to help the team win the tournament for the second year in a row,” Baise said. “It should be a great experience.”
