CAMBRIDGE, Mass. –
For its efforts in the classroom, the Harvard men’s swimming and diving team has received College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America honors, the organization announced.

The men’s team recorded the sixth-highest team GPA in the nation last semester, posting a mark of 3.30. The Crimson has the second-highest team GPA among Ivy league schools, barely trailing Dartmouth with a 3.32. The University of Denver topped the men’s list with a 3.46 team grade-point average.

The Team Scholar All American award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams, who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The award is presented to teams achieving this standard in the fall semester and in the semester of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships (Winter/Spring).
