No. 2 Men's Squash Downs No. 3 Yale, 6-3, to Give Harvard Share of Ivy League Title

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The No. 2 men's squash team outlasted No. 3 Yale, 6-3, to claim a share of the Ivy League title for the second consecutive year. The Crimson swept five of its six victories to remain undefeated on the season with a 13-0 mark.

Harvard will look to claim the title outright Sunday when the squad concludes its regular season against No. 19 Brown.

Ali Farag shutout Yale's Neil Martin, 11-9, 11-1, 12-10, in the top spot while Brandon McLaughlin edged Sam Fenwick 11-8, 11-4, 11-3 in the second slot, and Dylan Murray took down Zachary Leman 11-6, 11-9, 11-8 in the No. 3 spot.

Nicholas Hopcroft and Tom Mullaney each posted 3-0 wins in the seventh and eight spots respectively.  Tyler Olson held on in a fourth set to defeat Joseph Roberts, 3-1, in the ninth spot.

The Crimson returns to action on Sunday as the team seeks the Ivy League title outright against Brown at the Murr Center. The match is slated for noon.
