No. 2 Men’s Squash Sweeps Sixth Straight Opponent

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 2 Harvard men's squash team blanked No. 7 Princeton, 9-0, inside the Murr Center Saturday afternoon. Five Crimson athletes swept their matches to improve to 2-0 in the Ivy League.

Ali Farag led the way in the No. 1 position, defeating Samuel King, 11-9, 11-8, 11-4 to remain undefeated on the season. Brandon McLaughlin was tested in the No. 2 position; however, he bested Tyler Osborne, 11-8, 10-12, 9-11, 11-9, 11-9 to improve to 3-0.

Dylan Murray, debuting in the third position, knocked off Dylan Ward while Gary Power improved to 5-0 with a win over David Hoffman in the fourth spot.

Nicholas Hopcroft, Tom Mullaney and Tyler Olson each picked up a 3-0 win in the lower half of the ladder. 

The Crimson continues its Ivy slate tomorrow, Sunday, Jan. 12, as it faces No. 13 Penn at noon at the Murr Center.
