No. 3 Princeton Slips Past No. 5 Harvard Men's Squash, 5-4

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- No. 5 Harvard nearly pulled off an upset over No. 3 Princeton, but fell, 5-4, Sunday afternoon. The Crimson had won a school-record eight straight matches in sweeping fashion before falling to the Tigers.

Freshman Ali Farag won his second match of the weekend and second overall with a 3-2 decision over Todd Harrity in the No. 1 position. Harrity won the College Squash Association Individual Championship last season.

Nicholas Hopcroft (No. 4), Tyler Olson (No. 6) and Julian Kirby (No. 8) also won matches in the top nine for the Crimson.

Harvard will try to break No. 1 Trinity's 13-year unbeaten streak Jan. 21 as they step out of conference play.
