Drew Chrostek joined the Harvard men's soccer staff in the summer of 2013 as the Director of Men's Soccer Operations.
Chrostek previously served as a graduate assistant at Northeastern where he oversaw program logistics including travel, fundraising, compliance, and budget oversight. During his time at Northeastern, the program compiled an impressive record of 24-9-7, including a Colonial Athletic Association championship and a berth in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
No stranger to collegiate athletics, Chrostek has also spent time working at Oregon State and his alma mater, Portland.
A four-year letterwinner and captain of the soccer team, Chrostek appeared in 64 matches for the Pilots earning All-West Coast Conference honors. During this time, the Pilots reached the NCAA postseason on two occasions, including the sweet sixteen in 2009.
Chrostek holds a degree from Portland and a master’s degree in sports leadership from Northeastern.
