
Harvard was one of 148 teams to have both it's men's and
women's programs recognized by the NCSAA (Harvard Athletic
Communications).
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The Harvard men's soccer team has been
honored for its success in the classroom, as the Crimson received
the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Team Academic
Award for the 2011-12 academic year.
To be earn the award, a team must post a cumulative grade-point
average of 3.0 or better. Harvard earned a team GPA of 3.42 during
the 2011-12 campaign to earn the distinction.
Harvard is one of 220 men's college teams to receive the NSCAA award.
