CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- After scoring the game-winning goal in No. 11 Harvard's 2-1 win over No. 21 Dartmouth Saturday afternoon, senior forward Andre Akpan has been named to the College Soccer News National Team of the week for the second time this season, the publication announced Monday morning.

Akpan, who leads Harvard with four game-winning goals this fall, broke a 1-1 tie in the 63rd minute with his 11th goal of the year.  A native of Grand Prairie, Texas, he leads the Crimson in goals and points with 27 and is now two goals shy of tying Harvard's career goal record (47), held by Chris Ohiri '64.

With a 3-1-1 Ivy League record, Akpan and the Crimson stand first in the Ivy League with 10 points.  Harvard visits Columbia Saturday at 4 p.m., before hosting Penn in the regular-season finale Saturday, Nov. 14 at 1 p.m.
