CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Inside Lacrosse released its 2012 Recruiting Issue Top 20 Divsion I Recruiting Classes earlier this week which features Harvard's incoming class as the fourth best in the nation.

"Our program is fortunate to add a talented group of young men and we expect the class to make an immediate impact on the field," stated Chris Wojcik '96, the Frisbie Family Head Coach for Harvard Men's Lacrosse. "The players come from winning programs and they will arrive focused on helping our program reach our team goals. I am thrilled to welcome the Harvard lacrosse class of 2016 and am looking forward to their arrival on campus later this month."

Harvard's Class of 2016 is comprised of 10 incoming student-athletes, six of whom are rated among Inside Lacrosse's top 100. Defenseman Bobby Duvnjak of Manhasset, N.Y., headlines the group as the No. 2 recruit in the country, while attackman Devin Dwyer out of Garden City, N.Y., is ranked fourth. The class also includes No. 22 Ian Ardrey (Attackman / Deerfield, Mass.), No. 27 Walker Kirby (Defense / Lawrenceville, N.J.), No. 52 Sean McDonagh (Attack / St. Anthony's, N.Y.), No. 68 Deke Burns (Attack / DeWitt, N.Y.), Conor Murphy (Midfield / Wayland, Mass.), Bryan Moore (Goalkeeper / Baltimore, Md.), Brendan Newman (Midfield / Basking Ridge, N.J.) and Stefan Pate (Defense / Manhasset, N.Y.).

Harvard has boasted a top 10 recruiting class each of the last four years, including the No. 3 class in both 2011 and 2009. The 10 newcomers will be joining 32 returning letterwinners from last year's squad which ranked 22nd in the country in scoring offense and 30th in scoring defense.
