CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—Harvard’s Carly
Dickson has been named to the National Field Hockey Coaches
Association All-Northeast Region second team, the NFHCA announced
Dickson, who was previously selected to the All-Ivy League
first team, served as co-captain of the Crimson in 2011, leading
Harvard to a turnaround season and its best record in four years at
8-9, 3-4 in Ivy League play. It is the fourth all-region honor for
Dickson, also a four-time All-Ivy honoree.
The midfielder from Victoria, B.C., ranked second on the team
with 10 points, shared the team lead with four assists and netted
three goals. Dickson led the Crimson with 50 shots. She logged five
points on two goals and an assist in Ivy League games.
