Steve Traynor joined Harvard Sports Medicine in the fall of 2007 where he worked with women's ice hockey and softball. He currently works with men's soccer, men's crew, and spring football.

Prior to coming to Harvard, Traynor worked with the Portland Seadogs, AA affiliate of the Boston Red Sox during the 2007 season. He worked specifically as the Seadogs strength and conditioning intern and athletic trainer.

Traynor graduated in 2006 from Plymouth State University as the recipient of the Outstanding Senior Award and member of the Norseman Rugby Club.
