Chad Krawiec joined the Harvard sports medicine
staff for the 2005-06 season and is now in his fifth year
working with the Crimson's teams. He coordinates care for men's ice
hockey, football and men's swimming.
A 1997 graduate of Boston University with a B.S. in athletic
training, Krawiec received a M.S. in motor behavior from The
Pennsylvania State University in 1999.
Krawiec joined the Crimson staff after spending six years as an
assistant athletic trainer at Northeastern University, where,
during his tenure, he coordinated care for men's and women's
hockey, men's and women's track and field hockey. He was a graduate
assistant while at Penn State, providing care for women's soccer,
men's gymnastics, men's and women's track and men's and women's
tennis.
In addition to his athletic training responsibilities, Krawiec is a
lecturer and clinical instructor in the athletic training
curriculum programs at Boston University and Northeastern
University, as well as Harvard's site coordinator for clinical
athletic training students from those programs.
Krawiec is a licensed athletic trainer in Massachusetts and an
active member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association,
Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association, Athletic Trainers of
Massachusetts and the College Athletic Trainers' Society.
