Gym Floor Schedule

QRAC Cardio Room
The climate controlled space overlooking the squash courts
holds various pieces of cardio equipment.

QRAC Strength Training
The QRAC offers a dedicated strength training area. The
strength room occupies much of the bottom floor of the
facility, and holds selectorized strength training machines for
each muscle group.

Locker Rooms at the QRAC
The spacious QRAC locker rooms hold day lockers,
community and stall showers, sink and toilet facilities.
Rental lockers and towel service are not available at this
facility.

QRAC Gym Floor
The gym floor at the QRAC is available for basketball,
volleyball, badminton, and soccer.
