Jason Waldron joined the department in November, 2010 as the Assistant Manager of Operations. Waldron previously spent three years as the Stadium Coordinator for Scottsdale (Ariz.) Stadium, home to the San Francisco Giants' spring training and minor league facilities. His primary responsibilities included managing the overall operation and maintenance of two complexes, eight baseball fields, a 12,000 seat stadium, and 75 acres of turf.
Prior to Scottsdale Stadium, Waldron served in various facility and recreational capacities with Tumbleweed Recreation Complex (Chandler, Ariz.), the Town of Brookline (Mass.) Parks and Recreation Department, and Boston Red Sox affiliate Lowell Spinners.
Waldron is originally from Hamilton, Mass. and earned his
undergraduate and graduate degrees from Springfield College where
he was a member of the varsity baseball team.
Waldron resides in Hamilton, Mass. with his wife, Linsley, and
their daughter, Charlotte, as well as their pet dog, Traveler, and
cat, June.
