Jeff Selesnick joined the Harvard Office of Athletic Communications in February of 2010 and currently serves as the primary media contact for Men's Ice Hockey, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Softball, Men's and Women's Track and Field, Men's and Women's Tennis and Multimedia efforts.

Selesnick came to Harvard from Boston University where he served as Assistant Director of Athletic Communications. Selesnick was the primary media contact for the Terriers' women's hockey, women's lacrosse, cross country and track and field programs, as well as a secondary contact for the men's hockey team.

Prior to his arrival at BU, Selesnick spent a year as the Public Relations intern for the Cleveland Browns. Aside from being a contributing columnist for the team's official website, Selesnick assisted in coordinating coach and player press conferences and coordinating the press box during gameday.

Before his stint in Cleveland, Selesnick served as a staff assistant in the Harvard Office of Athletic Communications, working with a number of Crimson athletic programs. In the spring of 2008, Selesnick accompanied the women's hockey team to the Frozen Four in Duluth, Minn. and covered the men's tennis team during their NCAA tournament run in Ann Arbor, Mich. Selesnick also assisted the communications staff in hosting the 2008 and 2009 men's lacrosse national championships at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass.

Selesnick graduated from Wheaton College (Mass.) in 2006 with a degree in English and completed his Master of Arts degree a year later at Emerson College. During his schooling, Selesnick held a number of positions in the sports world, including an internship in the sports department at WPRI television in East Providence, R.I., an internship with the Concord Quarry Dogs baseball team formerly of the New England Collegiate Baseball League, and as a columnist for the rugby website Selesnick was also a four-year member of the Wheaton men's tennis team and a staff member in the Wheaton Athletics Communications office throughout his undergraduate career.

A native of Concord, N.H., Selesnick now resides in Somerville, Mass.
