Sample Constitution

Article I -      Name of Club

Article II -     Purpose of Club

Article III -    Membership (who may be members, requirements for attaining
                    and retaining membership, etc.)

Article IV -    Officers (names of those elected and their terms)

President - Presides at meetings, oversees general operations of
the club, makes sure all regulations are obeyed and
that necessary papers are filed.

Vice President - Assists the president, acts as president in his/her absence.

Secretary - Correspondence, records, etc.

Treasurer - Financial records, bookkeeping, budgeting, etc.

Article VI -   Elections (when, where, who, how, etc.)

Article VII -  Meetings (when, notice of, quorum constitutes how
                   many members who has the right to vote, etc.)

Article VIII - Amendments
